Progressive – Julienne & Slicer

Preparing perfectly sliced and julienned fruits and vegetables can be a real nightmare in the kitchen. More often than not, it requires samurai-like concentration (and samurai-like blade control to boot) – and if it doesn’t work, you’re left with a ragged mess.

The Progressive Julienne and Slicer will change all that. It’s the one tool that you can use to create perfectly even slices of potato for potato bakes, or other vegetables for salads, and you can use it to julienne fruit and vegetables (cutting them into really fine sticks), perfect for refined garnishes or chips.

Just slide your fruit or vegetable over the super-sharp angled stainless steel blade – there’s no need to fiddle with knives. There’s a sliding thumb switch that lets you choose from three different thicknesses, and it easily switches between Julienne and Slice mode with the flick of a switch.
